Maria Mortiz’s passion as a personal trainer is to help the aging population feel their best at any age or stage in life through personalized workouts and/or assisted stretching to increase mobility and muscle function. It’s never too late to move better! She also specializes in coaching pregnant and postpartum women during their motherhood transition. Personal training includes weekly one-on-one sessions customized to reach your goals.
