Site Supervisor

Job Title: Part-Time Evening and Weekend Site Supervisor (As Needed)

Reports To: Executive Director

Summary: The Evening and Weekend Site Supervisor is responsible for managing the Lincoln Community Center facility during special events and basketball league throughout the year. This includes setting up and breaking down the facility, overseeing staff and volunteers, and ensuring the safety and security of all visitors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

● Manage the facility during special events and basketball league
● Set up and break down the facility for each event
● Ensure the safety and security of all visitors
● Oversee staff and volunteers
● Collect and deposit fees
● Monitor and maintain the facility, including cleaning and restocking supplies
● Respond to and resolve customer complaints
● Report any incidents or concerns to the Executive Director
● Communicate with the Operations Manager for safety and equipment needs

Qualifications:

● High school diploma or equivalent
● Experience working in a customer service environment
● Strong organizational and time management skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Valid driver’s license

Additional Information: This is a part-time position with hours that vary depending on THE NEEDS OF THE CENTER. Evening and weekend hours are required.
