Summer Youth Program:
Lincoln Learners Summer Camp
AS OF 3/11/25, SUMMER 2025 YOUTH PROGRAM IS FULL. YOU ARE WELCOME TO APPLY TO OUR WAITLIST USING THE LINK BELOW.

GRADES 1-12
The summer program registration is open for the 2025 summer.
During this program, we offer students a variety of fun and educational opportunities throughout the summer months. We are thankful for the support of the Troy Foundation, Duke Foundation, Honda of America, United Way and many private donors that make this program possible year after year.
Our summer program is for those who have completed kindergarten through high school. Approximately 85 students will participate in 7 weeks of themed STEAM learning and play, along with field trips, in-house field trips, presentations, and special projects. Activities will align with the learning goals for those weeks. Every week students will learn from and participate in the care of our community garden and the food that is produced. We will learn every stage of the way about how to grow, harvest, clean and prepare healthy food.
Students will take reading assessments through iReady at the beginning and end of the summer to track progress. Students will also participate in mental health/drug abuse risk assessments as part of an opioid risk abatement grant that we received from Miami County. Our Dayton Children’s mental health in-house provider will provide these, and make any needed referrals.
All Weeks: Math, Reading Practice Daily, tutors work with readers one on one, games and group activities. Daily lunch and snack are provided. Ice Cream days will be provided courtesy of Ducky’s.
There is a mandatory parent orientation meeting all parents/guardians must attend. Choose one:
Thursday, May 1 6:30-7pm or Monday, May 5 from 5:30-6pm
